At MRELAN (AI & Deep Learning Academy), we want you to feel confident when purchasing our digital courses. All purchases are processed through our authorized Merchant of Record, Paddle, and refunds are handled according to Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Conditions.
1. 14‑Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date for any reason. To be eligible for a refund:
- The refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original transaction.
- The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used at checkout.
2. Digital Products & Delivery
All courses sold on mrelan.com are digital products, including but not limited to:
- Pre‑recorded video lectures
- Downloadable notebooks and learning materials
- Online access to course content via user accounts
Because access to the course is provided immediately after purchase, this refund policy applies regardless of content access.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 14‑day period:
- Visit paddle.net or contact Paddle support using the link in your purchase confirmation email.
- Provide your order number and email address used at checkout.

4. Subscription Refunds
If your purchase is a subscription, the first payment is eligible for refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date. Subsequent renewal payments are not refundable once the billing period has started.

All refunds are issued and processed by Paddle in accordance with their terms and may take several business days to appear in your account depending on the payment method used.

MRELAN reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
